Crayon Crumble 2024
Back in 2011, I released a font called Crayon Crumble. As the name implies, I made it using a cheap and crumbling black crayon. It was an instant hit and ever since its release, it has been used for many, many, MANY books, games, toys, supermarket banners, album covers and packaging. Crayon Crumble was one of the first fonts I made – when I didn’t know too much about making fonts – so the original is a bit rough and has rudimentary language support.
This 2024 version is an update – and yes, it now comes with language support and new glyphs, but I have also tweaked some of the rougher glyphs. In other words, it may look like the old version, but it’s a new font altogether.
